Shipping of Your Order
Most products ship from our local, in-stock inventory in Houston, Texas 77041, or large warehouses all throughout the United States via FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, or OnTrac and are ready to ship out in 1-3 Business Days (Transit Time 1-4 Days) unless otherwise stated.
Products from a single order may ship separately from different warehouses. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and are subject to their shipping/transit times. Check the availability on the product page to see if it requires additional processing time or shipping time.
- Any order placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) will be shipped the same business day, if we have the product(s) in stock and if your method of payment clears through our accounting process.
- Any order placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) will not be shipped until the following business day if we have the product(s) in stock and if your method of payment clears through our accounting process.
- Saturday, Sunday, and all U.S. Legal Holidays are not considered a business day.
Please note that Phastek Sport can only ship to an address we can verify with your selected payment method. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, you must add your alternate shipping address to your selected payment method’s account before we can process your order.
PO Boxes
- FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, so all orders with a PO Box shipping address must provide a physical delivery address to avoid delays in shipping your order.
- If USPS does not deliver to your address, please provide your physical address, then add your PO Box to the apartment field when placing your order.
Route Package Protection
Phastek Performance LLC is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.
In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed within 24 hours.
We strongly suggest that you purchase the Route+ Package Protection as Phastek Performance LLC is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged during transit and un-insured orders will be required to go through the shipping carrier’s extended claim process with no guarantee to the outcome.
AK, HI, PR, US Territories
Shipping Costs for Non-contiguous U.S. states and territories are auto calculated at Checkout.
We cannot ship products that are oversized or that ship via freight to AK, HI, PR, and/or US Territories. Free Shipping does not apply to orders for non-contiguous U.S. states and/or territories.
International Shipping
Phastek Sport does allow international orders. Please email orders@phasteksport.com with your potential order, your complete address, and any questions you have.
Due to restrictions and regulations, we are not currently shipping to the following countries: China, Russia, Venezuela, Indonesia.
Free Shipping does not apply to International Orders.
LTL Courier (Freight) Shipping
If you order large products such as body pieces, motors, shortblocks, longblocks, etc. that are shipped with an LTL courier, it is very important you read and understand these terms.
LTL Couriers are not like standard ground UPS and FedEx. When you sign an LTL waybill, you are signing a legal contract stating that the products arrived undamaged.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you inspect every package and every part fully BEFORE signing.
If there is damage to either the outside of the packaging or the product itself, you must note the damage on the waybill before signing.
After you sign, we will not be able to file a claim for a refund or replacement for any damage caused by the shipping company.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If the carrier cannot deliver your package due to incomplete or incorrect address, package is not picked up, or if the recipient refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us.
All returned packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Damaged Shipments and/or Missing Products
If you insured your order with Route+ Protection at checkout, please follow the link on your confirmation email from Route to file a claim.
If you did not insure your order with Route+ Protection and you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping or is missing parts, please report the damaged product(s) or packages to Phastek Sport within 7 days of delivery.
Lost/Missing Shipments
If your product shipped but was not received by the estimated delivery date per your tracking number, please contact us within 15 business days so that we may investigate.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:
- Please double check around your property.
- Ask neighbors, roommates, or family members if they accepted the package.
If you still cannot locate the package, please report the missing package to Phastek Sport within 72 hours of dated delivery so we can file a Missing Package claim with the courier.
Returns & Warranty Information
How Do I Return a Product?
If at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase from Phastek Sport, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.
The product(s) purchased must still be in new condition, including original packaging, parts, accessories, and paperwork. Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way.
If you are returning due to fitment, flaw, or defect, pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
Custom products, Open Box products, and Clearance products are non-returnable.
Product Returns and Warranty Process
- All new & unused products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Use our simple Online Return process:
- Log in to your Phastek Sport account.
- Under “My Account” find your order that contains the product(s) you want to return.
- Click the RETURN button at the bottom of that order.
- Choose the “Qty to Return” next to the product(s) you want to return, your “Return Reason”, and “Return Action”.
- Click the SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST button.
- Or contact Customer Service at Support@phasteksport.com or call 855-742-7835 to request a Return Authorization (RMA) Form.
- All returns and exchanges must have a valid RMA number.
- Your RMA form will have the exact return address and shipping instructions.
Returned Products
Only products received in new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a refund, minus any shipping & handling fees.
If you return a product without first obtaining an RMA number, it will take longer to process your return and you may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition. We will not accept a return if the product has been used, assembled, installed, or modified in any way.
Non-Returnable Products

- Products marked as “Clearance” or “Open Box”
- Special order products
- Route Package Protection once an item has shipped
- Custom made or custom painted products
Replacement Products
Products to be replaced by Phastek Sport must meet the same requirements as returned products and include original packaging, parts, and paperwork.
Replacement products will ship once the returned product is received and processed.
Incorrect or Defective Products
Any returns related to incorrect products, defects, damage, fitment, or other flaws must be reported within 30 days from delivery.
Photos or videos of the issue may be requested to correctly process your request.
Phastek Sport only covers return shipping on products returned for manufacturer defects or any error on the part of Phastek Sport or the Manufacturer.
Damaged Shipments & Partially Missing Products
If you insured your order with Route+ Protection at checkout, please follow the link on your confirmation email from Route to file a claim.
If you did not insure your order with Route+ Protection, damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Keep all boxes, packing material, and shipping labels until your claim with the courier is resolved.
Warranty Products
Products sold by Phastek Sport carry the original manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Clearance and Open Box products are sold as-is and do not include warranty coverage.

Shipping & Handling Fees & Restocking Fees
Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable and will be excluded from refunds issued for customer-choice returns.
A Restocking Fee of 5-25% may apply to products returned after the 30-day return window, products showing evidence of use, or returns submitted without an RMA number.
Refunds & Credits
Please let us know whether you would like a Product Exchange, Payment Refund, or Account Credit on your Return.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used to place the order, minus applicable fees.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
