LED strip not working

I received my winjet headlights a few days ago and just installed them today. It looks great on my raven FRS.
One problem: The LED strip on the driver side head light doesn't work.
Phastek: is there something I can do? What options do I have? Can you replace it or exchange it?

Winjet is warrantying out your headlight. Please let us know if you have any other issues.

I love the look of the lights, they look mean on the car. Sadly I can't see them fully functional just yet, my car is in the car having a turbo installed. So as soon as I get the car back from the shop. I can write a full review, which will be soon.
